Asst. U16 Power league Coach

Coach Sara Todorovich-Ballas brings an amplitude of knowledge to the club volleyball world with 12 years of high level coaching experience ranging from high school, club and college.  She is leading Washington Elite into their 5th year as a high level club volleyball contender in Kitsap County.  Her coaching philosophy is to “not only successfully teach the game of volleyball to our young athletes, but to also build them up as strong individuals for their future.”

"My goal on the Olympic Peninsula is to instill greatness into each of our young student-athletes. I want each of our athletes to leave Washington Elite a better athlete, a better student and an even better person. At the core of our development you will find discipline, perseverance, nutrition, champion mentality and mental toughness. I want our athletes to not only believe they can; but be able to achieve those beliefs. WE is a family atmosphere filled with strong minded individuals with the same end goal: achieve greatness. I want to personally say, I can't WAIT to see each of you out there." -Sara Todorovich-Ballas
